Vegbitch’s Back-on-Track Smoothie
This smoothie is great for when you need to get your health back in check, after a workout, or as a breakfast!
You will need:
1 frozen banana
1 tbs of natural/organic peanut butter
1 tbs of original PB2 (a powdered peanut butter)
1 tsp of Spirulina
1/2 a scoop of soy protein powder
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup of baby organic spinach
Take all of your ingredients and stick them in a blender. Blend for about a minute, or until all ingredients are in a smooth consistancy. Put in a glass and it’s ready to serve!
Do not cut your banana into small pieces, 2 halves will be fine.
You can substitue whatever you like, this is just my preferance.
Clean your blender out as soon as you pour everything in your glass! Your blender will be very messy and it’s easier to clean while the ingredients are still wet.
But what does it taste like??
A peanut butter banana smoothie. The spinach and spirulina are not detectable!
